Hrit Padma (the Sanctuary in the Heart Chakra)

A small lotus
called Hrt Padma is an inner sanctuary located in the Heart Chakra. The
flowering of this lotus emits a vibratory fragrance that melts the knots of the
heart. The thymus gland functions optimally and healing energy is naturally
available.
Sri Shyamji's unique "begging RE,
"crying GA," and "melting MA" provide the flowers of sound to be offered at the
heart of the lotus.
In difficult circumstances on can
always take refuge in this sanctuary and feel safe, content and peaceful. The
meanings of unconditional love become clear as one actualizes this new feeling.
Awakening of this lotus enhances a
connection to the InnerGuru in the fifth chakra.
In this workshop, we will begin to
learn to produce these sounds and will develop an appreciation of the sanctity
of Hrt Padma.
Shyamji will conclude the workshop
with a chant for the Hrt Padma accompanied by the tambura (an ancient gourd
instrument) leading to the sanctuary within.
